Delivery and Cancellation Policy

Delivery of the Capture Education System
Capture Education will aim to build and deliver a customer’s system within five working days upon receipt of the required data.

We shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery of the system due to incomplete, illegible or corrupt data provided by the customer.

Return and Refund of the Capture Education System
We offer a full money back guarantee on the Capture Education system for customers who notify us via telephone or email of their intention to cancel within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

Customers who join Capture as part of a promotional offer may not be eligible for a 30-day money back guarantee. This will be clearly highlighted at the point of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery of Physical Goods
Capture Education will deliver its products via a traceable service that requires a signature.

In the event of an order being returned to Capture Education as a result of the carrier being unable to deliver we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. You may be liable for any re-delivery charges. If you decide to cancel your order the outward delivery charge will be deducted from any refund.

Return and Refund of Physical Goods
If you wish to return any physical goods you may do so for any reason up to 30 working days after receipt of the item. Please contact us by email or telephone to enable us to deal with your return as efficiently as possible.

Goods must be returned unused in a resalable condition. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We would recommend you return any items via an insured and traceable service, we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost/damaged during the return process.

Upon safe receipt of the returned goods we will refund you in full within 30 days. We will not accept goods returned if the product has been used.

In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged, we will refund the relevant item in full within 30 days, providing you have notified us of the related fault/damage on receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order before we have despatched the goods by notifying us by email or telephone.
