Free Resources 4 Schools and Parents

With Distance learning becoming the new normal overnight and many parents becoming teachers in what felt like an instant, we need a constant source of new inspiration to challenge little minds. With many parents home schooling and knowledge base being limited, online resources are the perfect way to keep your parental skills fresh.

Here at Capture Education, we have put together a concise list of some of the best current resources out there. Many companies and celebrities have offered their services free throughout these challenging times.

Some of our favourites:

We have included resources from all the main curriculum areas of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 but here are some of our favourites.

Joe Wicks

Why we love it: This was one of the first FREE resources to be offered and became an internet sensation overnight. It starts at 9am every morning on YouTube and is a great way to set a routine for the day and wake up little minds.

David Walliams

Why we love it: David Walliams is offering a free story time session at 11am. This is such a good time sit down with a health snack and have a little break and listen to one of Davis Walliams’ fabulous stories. Who knows, it might spark their interest into a little bit of creative writing.
